Stitch Points is our fun rewards program! Every time you shop or share, you earn points that unlock rewards and perks.

How do I earn Stitch Points?

Great question! You’ll earn points every time you shop at Bam & Stitch—your order subtotal (before shipping and taxes) is converted into points. You can also rack up extra points by following us on social, leaving a review, or referring friends.

How can I use my Stitch Points?

Once you’ve reached enough points, the rewards available to you will appear in the “Ways to Redeem” tab of the rewards widget. Just click Redeem on the reward you’d like, and you’ll receive a coupon code. Enter that code at checkout to apply your dis

Do my Stitch Points expire?

Yes. Stitch Points expire after 12 months of no purchases. The clock resets with each new order (or from your account creation date if you haven’t purchased yet). Once points expire, they cannot be restored. You’ll have a full year to use your points

Can I merge my points across multiple emails?

We are not able to merge multiple email accounts or purchase histories. Choose the email you use most and stick with it going forward so all your rewards stay in one place. 💛

Can I redeem more than one reward on a purchase?

Heads up: only one rewards voucher per order. Apply it at checkout, as we cannot add it after your order is placed. 💛

Can I earn Stitch Points for writing reviews?

Yes! We award points for verified reviews. Look for the review email after your latest order, share your thoughts, and watch those points roll in. ✨

What happens to my points if I initiate a return?

Once your return is marked delivered, we process it in 3 to 5 business days. Your points will be added back after the return is processed.

Which launches include Early Access?

Early Access is reserved for Gold members and covers our biggest drops, like Holiday and Spring. ✨🎉

Which tiers allow me to get exclusive promotions?

Silver and Gold members get the opportunity to shop our exclusive sales and promotions. Clearance and other limited inventory events are usually excluded. ✨🛍️

Can I share my Stitch Points?

Sorry, rewards vouchers are for your account only and cannot be transferred. To keep things fair, sharing, trading, or selling rewards will lead to removal from the program and your points will be voided. 🔒💛

Can I be removed from the Stitch Points program?

Can I earn Stitch Points for Gift Card purchases?

No, you do not earn points when buying a gift card. However, when a gift card is used as payment for an order, the person using it will earn points on that purchase. 🎁✨

Where do I find my redeemed rewards?

Lost your rewards voucher? No stress, mama. It is saved in your account and in the Rewards pop up at the bottom right. Log in, open Rewards, tap Your Rewards, then select your voucher to reveal the code. Copy and paste at checkout. ✨💛

What are Birthday rewards and how do I earn points on that?
