Yes. Stitch Points expire after 12 months of no purchases. The clock resets with each new order (or from your account creation date if you haven’t purchased yet). Once points expire, they cannot be restored.

You’ll have a full year to use your points, and we’ll send you reminder emails 30 days and 3 days before they expire so you don’t miss out. ⏰
