How do I initiate a return?Updated a month ago

If you receive a product and don't love it, you can return it hassle-free. Shipping is on us for store credit returns! For full refunds, please note that a shipping label fee of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund amount. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. Items not meeting these criteria may not be eligible for a refund and could be subject to a restocking fee.

Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase if you wish to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds beyond the 30-day period. Returns are only available for merchandise purchased from https://bamandstitch.com/.
